has a rich experience of over 20 plus years in driving M&A and capital market transactions and has been engaged in several landmark transactions. Prior to Co-founding MAPE, Ram was Senior Vice President of DSP Merill Lynch heading southern India operations. Ram started his career with Essar Shipping Ltd and was involved in multi fold financing activities and acquisition of South India Shipping Corporation by Essar. Subsequently, he joined DSP Merrill Lynch and was the Senior Vice President heading southern India operations. Ram has been engaged in several landmark transactions including India Cement's acquisition of Raasi Cements, SSi's acquisition of Albion Orion Corporation and Indigo Markets, sale of SPIC Phi seeds to Dupont, acquisition of Tata Group's Hitech Drilling by Aban Loyd, Bank of Madura - ICICI Bank merger and international capital raising programmes of Dr Reddys laboratories, Sify, Satyam Computers and SSi.

Jacob MathewManaging Director
Jacob is a seasoned investment banker with 20+ years of rich experience of driving M&A transactions. Jacob started his career with Price Waterhouse where he was instrumental in setting up their corporate finance practice. While at Price Waterhouse, he worked with a host of international majors for strategizing their India entry plans. Clients he has worked with include SAP AG, Qualcomm, British Telecom, Amway etc. Subsequently, Jacob was Vice President (M&A) at DSP Merrill Lynch where he has driven landmark deals including acquisition of Coats Viyella's garment business by AV Birla Group, sale of Burnol & Coldarin brand assets, Dr Reddy's buy-out of American Remedies etc. At MAPE, Jacob has closed deals for major corporates including Tata Sons, Dr Reddys, Wipro, Godrej, Mahindras, Cafe Coffee Day etc.

R. Ramaraj is a Senior Advisor with Sequoia Capital India. Prior to Sequoia Capital India, Ramaraj co-founded Sify (SIFY), the first Indian internet company to list on NASDAQ. Prior to co-founding Sify, Ramaraj was in managment roles with Microland and Sterling Cellular. Ramaraj holds a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras and a M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Mr. Mahesh Reddy has rich experience in driving operations, engineering and manufacturing excellence. Mahesh is the Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors for Saptagir Camphor Limited in Hyderabad, India. Prior to this, he has climbed the ranks from being an engineer to becoming the Head of Real Estate and Facilities at KLA-Tencor in Santa Clara, USA with operations in over twenty five countries. Before that, he was the Senior Director of Globalization, in which he initiated the company's outsourcing/offshore strategies with operations in China, Singapore and India.
Mr. Mahesh Reddy has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He received his bachelor's degree in Science with University Honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Industrial Management and his master's degree in Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA.
Fouad Fahmi DarwishDirector
Mr. Fouad Fahmi Darwish has been the Head of Brokerage at Global Investment House K.S.C.C. since July 2010 and serves as its Senior Vice President In Brokerage Division. Prior to Global, Mr. Darwish served as the Head of Institutional Sales and Customer Services at Abu Dhabi Financial Services Company, the brokerage arm of National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) and was In Charge of setting up the Institutional Sales and brokerage desks in addition to overseeing the entire customer services team across the UAE.
Previously, Fouad was employed by the Central Bank of the UAE and has amassed significant knowledge of the local banking sector in his capacity as an Examiner in the Banking Supervision and Examination Department and internationally in his role as a liaison for the Central Bank with International bodies such as the IMF and EUCB etc.. Fouad was key to several international seminars and conferences launched by the CBUAE and later at NBAD became a regular panelists in regional leading conferences/seminars on key topics related to the capital markets such as regulations, introduction of new products such as Derivatives and Securities B&L. Back in Canada, Fouad was a Senior Mutual Fund Dealer at ING Bank of Canada and was part of a sophisticated team of brokers overseeing the cross-country sales of ING's funds in Canada. Fouad holds a Honors BA with a specialist degree in Economics from the renowned University of Toronto and a MBA from the American university in Dubai.
